Our Hong Kong Office oversees all factory engagement in Southern China and facilitates factory visits. All our suppliers must pass ethical standards (BSCI, SEDEX). We encourage as many retailers as possible to visit our trusted manufacturers. English speaking merchandisers work hand in hand with Sales/Account Managers in Australia to ensure we deliver quality products/ competitive prices to all of our clients. Our food manufacturers are regularly audited and hold SQF level 3 or BRC Accreditation.
Engineering
Our engineering department has the ability to provide in-depth testing and approval of products sourced and delivered to Australia. Services include product testing, obtaining approvals and verification certificates from Australian departments. We place great importance on continuing education for all our team members, even senior engineers, to keep up with the development of new technologies
Artwork and Design House
A group of experienced designers and technical editors in our art department facilitate communication with our customers and factories to create versatile designs to the clients’ or company’s needs.
Their task is to develop cutting edge packaging design, POS materials, instruction manuals, quick start guides, product catalogues, marketing materials, and generally assisting our clients with any requests. To ensure optimum design, our artwork staff work with the latest industry software and have access to an in-house photo studio.
QA and Compliance
Our compliance department has more than 30 years of experience in consumer products, ensuring exceptional quality control. The QA and Compliance department supervises more than 3000 hours of in-line and end production inspections each year.
Every Order is inspected before leaving the factory, random sample lots according to AQL Levell II, using 0/1/2.5 acceptance criteria.
Process for Major Appliances
Samples received in the Ningbo Engineering Centre, China:
- Samples are transferred to the dedicated testing area
- Samples are checked for functionality, ease of use, and Instruction Manual Picture Quality (PQ) and Colour balance are adjusted and matched to the reference samples The Shenzhen Centre has a permanent VPN/SSL tunnel to Sydney allow testing of VOD Apps
Samples are then dismantled to review:
- Construction Quality
- Components match the CDF in the LVD report
- Wiring and Cable anchorage and EARTHING
Samples are then LIFE tested. (Continuously)
- Washing Machines & Clothes Dryers – loaded to rated capacity and operated for a minimum of 100 cycles.
- Refrigerators/Deep Freeze – run continuously for three months.
- Stove – loaded and operated for minimum 100 cooking cycles.
Process for TV and AV products
TV is done at the Shenzhen Engineering Centre, China
- Samples are transferred to the dedicated testing area
- Samples are checked for functionality, ease of use, and Instruction Manual Picture Quality (PQ) and Colour balance are adjusted and matched to the reference samples The Shenzhen Centre has a permanent VPN/SSL tunnel to Sydney allow testing of VOD Apps

- Components match the CDF in the LVD report
- Wiring and Cable anchorage and EARTHING

This ranges from combined shipments, or express shipping solutions, to guaranteed on-time delivery. We are currently controlling over 4 million + individual product movements and organise more than 3000 hours of inspections at the factories.
Our Logistics network operates around the clock to get products where they need to be. We’re not just about moving things from one place to another. We analyse each customer’s needs, anticipate challenges, design options, and set up contingency plans to eliminate any potential issues that might arise. We offer a customisable menu of logistic solutions, from warehousing, transport, repacking, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, hubbing and consolidation, and other value-added services to make delivery easy.
After Sales Support
Our Service Centre team directs any claims between the engineering department and our large service agent network. This ensures the fastest and best solution is provided to support our client’s products and technical questions, supported with a strong after-sales support call centre and extensive product knowledge. A committed quality support team handles the management of warranties, spare parts, store support and relay with the service centre for our customers, our brands and our customers’ brands. Our customer services representatives can answer in excess of 5000 calls per week, backed up with a state-of-the-art data management system to provide the most efficient after-sales service.
